Firefighter Brendan Edwards dressed up like Buddy the Elf from the Will Ferrell holiday movie “Elf,” hoping to spread holiday cheer. He would run up to strangers, toss them a pillow and challenge them to pillow fights! His goal is to remind people to stop and have a little fun during the hectic holiday rush.
